Making photographs on a same theme, the very same day, thousand of kilometers away from each other over a period of 9 months : this is what Régis Martin and me  do with our own smartphone. Every day, each one of us selects one of the pictures taken during the day and sends it to the other via an instant messaging application.
The time of sending is chosen so neither can be influenced by the other, respectively between 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm on the same day for me and between 6:30 am and 7:30 am the next morning for Régis. From this point, there’s no turning back. The selected and sent photograph is the final one. Afterwards, a distance editing process is performed during which we will only keep the pairs of pictures that seem to have a dialogue between each other.
This collaboration is part of a collection of a project. The first topic, Ciel/Sky and been several time exposed :

Photographier sur un même thème, le même jour à des milliers de kilomètres de distance pendant 9 mois. C’est ce que nous faisons Régis Martin et moi même avec nos smartphone respectif. Chaque jour chacun sélectionne une des photographies prises dans la journée et l’envoie à l’autre via une application de messagerie instantanée.
L’envoie est fait à un moment où l’un n’influencera pas l’autre, soit entre 21h30 et 22h30 le jour même pour moi et 6h30 et 7h30 le lendemain matin pour Régis. 
Il n’y pas de retour en arrière possible. La photo sélectionnée et envoyée est la photo définitive. Par la suite est réalisé un travail d’édition à distance pendant lequel nous ne gardons que les couples d’images qui ont un dialogue entres elles.

Cette collaboration fait partie fait d’un projet de collection. le premier sujet, Ciel / Sky et à été plusieurs fois exposé
